Our Mailbag

From time to time we get unsolicited comments from customers.  We really love hearing from you.  Keep it coming.

Here are a couple of examples:

"Just a little review you can feel free to share on your website if you like. I have the Pro-Stainless Edger, the Pro-Stainless shovel, the Pro-Stainless transplanter and the border fork. I've purchased 3 of the digging forks as gifts and the recipients love them as much as I love mine. I'm a member of my local garden club and chair of our Master Gardener group. Whenever I'm working in one of the group's flower beds, I've learned that if I set down one of my Radius tools it will be snatched up by someone else in the group for their use. That's a given! A couple summers ago we had a building project at our home. A couple of the guys working picked up a couple of my shovels and were raving about them. I'm looking forward to adding more Radius tools to my collection in the future." Joyce. McLeod, MN

"Hi.
I just wanted to drop you a note to say how much my wife & I love the Radius hose nozzle (Butterfly).  We've had it for about a year and I am so happy to finally find a product that has obviously had a lot of thought put into the design, especially the trigger. Decades of experience have shown me that trigger nozzle guns fail most often when the trigger mechanism fails in one way or another and the rotary dial spray selector blocks and/or leaks.
Probably like most people, I started off purchasing the cheapest plastic trigger guns, then more expensive plastic guns when those broke, then went through a few metal designs thinking they would be more robust - I mean they do get dragged & dropped sometimes. In the end they have all failed me - and left me feeling that all trigger guns are not at all worth the money.
When my way too-expensive other brand gun failed, I once again trudged to the hardware shop to buy another piece of junk, when I spotted your strange design. I was intrigued and very quickly satisfied with the Radius Butterfly. The sliding trigger is the best design around - no tired fingers from continuous trigger squeezing like all the other brands.
I just wanted to say, keep up the good work!
Kind regards," Chris. Melbourne, Australia

Bruce, Thank you for supporting The Caregivers’ Project. We received the set of tools and we are impressed with the quality and the “fit” designed for senior citizens.
It would be a nice idea to buy sets of these as gifts for Mother’s Day. I know that many of the ladies (and gentlemen) would welcome this type of gift. It will last long beyond the celebration of that particular day and bring enjoyment as we garden and then as we enjoy the fruits of that labor. Great products. Great company.

"To my tool bag I’ve recently added one thing I didn’t realize I was missing all my life: a shovel called the Root Slayer. Like the hand trowel, it is multipurpose. With its saw-toothed blade edges, it was designed to cut through roots and hard soils."  Ellen Wells
