Shipping
All orders will be shipped in 2-5 business days via UPS or USPS unless otherwise notified.
Returns
If for any reason you decide you would like to return the tools "prior to using them for gardening" you may return the tools in their "original" packaging along with your complete
contact information and we will refund the cost of the tools returned. We regret that we cannot accept returns where the tools have clearly been used and cannot be re-sold.
Replacements - Guarantee Policy
Radius tools are manufactured according to the highest standards.
Under normal usage and with good maintenance most of our products will last for a lifetime.
In the rare event that a Radius tool fails under normal use due to a manufacturing defect we
will replace the product for the cost of shipping and handling after we determine, in our our sole judgment,
that the tool was defective and was not abused. To help us make this determination we will request photos
of any defective product of sufficient quality to allow us to determine the nature of the failure.
Refunds
All orders may not be cancelled and are non-refundable.
